How Does It Work ?

Initial Consultation

An appointment has been made. It can be held either at our showroom or in your home. Conversation about style preferences, lifestyle (for example ……. entertaining , love to cook and/or bake, working from home, special needs……) Go over inspiration photos that have been collected.

Site Measure

Our designer will come into your home/project area to conduct measurements. (Many times the contractor will be invited to attend so that all are on the same page.) He will take measurements of all windows, walls and any other obstacles you may have in the project area. He may even begin drawing walls and many of the details while currently in your home using an electronic design program. It is extremely helpful, if there will be walls removed that it is noted. All of our designs are based on accurate measurements. Each project is individualized and customized to fit your special spaces. There are no returns!

Vision/Design

Our designer will return to the office to create your project design based on the measurements taken at the site. He will generate not only a realistic rendering of the project, but also architectural drawings to support and aid with installation of the materials. The rendering(s), once completed, will be sent electronically to the homeowner.

Design Review

An appointment will be made to meet in our showroom. The designer will have a vignette of your project set out for you to view. He will share the renderings of your project and go through every detail with you. This is when changes can be made (and plenty are made!) Once the design is determined, a proposal is created with pricing.

Acceptance/Purchase

Purchase can be made over the phone with a credit card or a check is accepted as well for payment. Depending on the cabinet supplier, delivery of cabinets can take anywhere from one month to several months. It is recommended that all materials be on site prior to work starting, to ensure the least amount of disruption to your life.

I had cabinets installed three years ago. When Grand Canyon Home Supply was owned by someone else. One of the slow close hinges had stopped working. I had a very difficult time finding the same hinge. After driving all over Phoenix trying to find a replacement, I went back to Grand Canyon Home Supply to see if they had one. They were very friendly and helped me replace the one that was broken. Not only did they replace it, they gave me the remaining last three they had in stock, since it was a hard hinge to find. Don't know if they are made anymore? I tried to pay them, but they insisted I take them at no cost. I was very impressed with the new ownership and I would recommend them. Thank you!

We hired Grand Canyon to supply our kitchen cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Eric and Nan were great to work with. They have a wide variety of cabinet styles hardware flooring countertops etc. definitely recommend them and plan to use them on our next project. Thanks guys!

Love the new kitchen, living dining area. Everyone did a great job. The kitchen is much more functional compare to what it was. Better flow in and around. Also it is the simple things like having the trash in a drawer and not having cans.
